  • If your child is new to our clinic, we begin with a comprehensive initial assessment. This foundational step allows us to accurately map your child’s communication profile and design a treatment plan that targets rapid, measurable progress.

    Step 1: The Assessment Consultation (90–120 Minutes)

    All new clients undergo a deep-dive evaluation. During this session, we will:

    • Parent Interview: Discuss developmental history and current concerns.

    • Clinical Observation: Evaluate communication in a natural, play-based setting.

    • Standardised Testing: Administer age-appropriate formal assessments to measure specific speech and language milestones.

    • Immediate Feedback: A brief verbal summary of initial findings and recommended next steps.

    Step 2: The Documentation (Select Your Tier)

    Following the assessment, you may choose the level of documentation that best suits your family’s requirements. Please allow 10 business days for the completion of all written reports.

    Tier 1: Clinical Summary Report A concise, 2-page document outlining your child’s current levels and the recommended 6-month Treatment Plan.

    • Best for: Internal clinic use, sharing with classroom teachers, or families who simply want a clear roadmap for therapy.

    • Additional Fee: 400,000 IDR (Total Assessment Investment: 2,900,000 IDR)

    Tier 2: Comprehensive Diagnostic Report A formal, in-depth technical report including raw data, percentile ranks, and detailed analysis of all standardized test results.

    • Best for: Medical referrals, second opinions, NDIS/Insurance applications, or formal school accommodations.

    • Additional Fee: 1,000,000 IDR (Total Assessment Investment: 3,500,000 IDR)

    • Ongoing Therapy Without Report

    For clients who have previously seen a speech therapist and already have a report, we may recommend beginning therapy directly, with a dynamic assessment integrated into ongoing sessions.

  • To ensure your child’s development stays on track, we offer a formal Clinical Progress Report. This is typically requested at the end of a 10-session therapy block to objectively measure growth and refine our strategy for the next phase of intervention.

    What’s Included:

    • Goal Audit: A detailed review of the specific therapy goals targeted and the percentage of mastery achieved.

    • Clinical Observations: Professional insights into your child’s engagement, learning style, and sensory-communication profile during the block.

    • The ‘Home-School’ Bridge: Specific, updated recommendations for classroom teachers and home-based support to ensure skills generalise beyond the clinic.

    • Future Roadmap: Data-driven recommendations for the next 10-session block, including any new diagnostic priorities.

  • Terms & Conditions

    Cancellation & Attendance To maintain the highest quality of care and ensure all families have access to support, we strictly enforce the following:

    • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.

    • Late Cancellations (Under 12 Hours) & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment or "no-shows" will be charged the full session fee (100%).

    • Communication: All requests must be sent via WhatsApp to +62 813 5370 7268.

    Payment & Packages

    • Advance Confirmation: Payment is required in full to secure your appointment or to activate a therapy package.

    • Non-Refundable Policy: All payments for sessions and reports are final and non-refundable.

    • Package Validity: To ensure clinical momentum, all prepaid 5 or 10-session packages must be utilized within 4 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will expire and are non-transferable.

    • International Fees: All bank charges, currency conversion fees, and international transaction costs are the responsibility of the payer. The net invoiced amount must be received in full.

    Late Payments (For Casual Bookings)

    • In instances where a casual session is invoiced post-attendance, a late fee of 100,000 IDR applies if payment is not received within 7 days.

    • Therapy will be paused for any accounts with a balance outstanding for more than 14 days.
